THE RESOLUTION OF WAQF LAND BY HEIRS THAT HAS NOT BEEN DECLARED BY THE DONOR TO THE WAQF LAND DEED MAKING OFFICIAL (PPAIW) IN THE CITY OF PEKANBARU

Abstract

The Land as a national natural resource is a way to operate all the activities of people's life, and It's significant role for human survival. Generally, It Starts from a place which is made on the ground, such as sports facilities, schools, and sacred buildings and places of worship, through the way it is called The Land of Waqf. The land of Waqf in Islam is recommended as an endowment for getting closer to Allah SWT because it gives the property for free responsibility, so it gets many benefits for public interest. The Land of Waqf has helped significantly in the development of Indonesia, both in human resource development and in the development of social resources. Most of the land that is used for houses of worship, Islamic colleges, and other Islamic institutions is built on waqf land. It is Important to know whether the land has been listed as a waqf land or not on the list because there are many buildings that stand on it. The land of Waqf for worship interest should be registered so that the rule of administration of the land and waqf land has a strong legal force and can be protected by the government.
